Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bengt Alegren was slow to take the kick. During this time Kärnan BK's players had a chance to rest. Bengt Alegren made a great header on Kärnan BK's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Eddie Godholm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Eddie Godholm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Christoffer Brandin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kärnan BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Kärnan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Leandro Ricoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Christoffer Brandin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eddie Godholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant had great luck who in the 17thth minute grab hold of the ball when Eddie Godholm from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 22nd minute, Björn Lindqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Godholm in the 28th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Eddie Godholm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 31 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kärnan BK the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Palm in the 32nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Björn Lindqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoffer Brandin. Eddie Godholm struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kärnan BK. In the 43rd minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ernst Ennegren fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Christoffer Brandin struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kärnan BK. In the 48th minute, Björn Lindqvist made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Christoffer Brandin made the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leandro Ricoy firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 56th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Jonathan Venegas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kärnan BK's Leandro Ricoy did a great save. If Eddie Godholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the game, Kärnan BK's Björn Lindqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 65 minutes, Arne Smedfeldt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kärnan BK and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leandro Ricoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Kärnan BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Salvador Gisbert was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Godholm in the 77th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt-Åke Sandell during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Kärnan BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Åke Sandell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute Christoffer Brandin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Correa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoffer Brandin in the 98th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kärnan BK had played much better football throughout.
