Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 6th minute of play forced MI EQUIPO's goalkeeper Siro Gómez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Siro Gómez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MI EQUIPO's Siro Gómez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 8th minute of play. Luca Zorita took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Siro Gómez. Siro Gómez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Marcelino Zapater kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Tafalla scored 1-3 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siro Gómez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Gómez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Gómez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Siro Gómez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Fabián Jubera came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 52 minutes into the match, MI EQUIPO's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Siro Gómez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 52 minutes into the game, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
