The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Long Gang Sen. FC Fura Balizas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Monty Rogers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gusmão Benevides kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Long Gang Sen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob May in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Kamper in the 21st minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Long Gang Sen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ludwig Kamper in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Fabrício Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrício Lopes got free with Marco Day in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34thth minute of the game Ludwig Kamper who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrício Lopes got free with Marco Day in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Kamper in the 38th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the last second Marco Day throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ludwig Kamper in the 43rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludwig Kamper in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind.

Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Kamper in the 51st minute of the match. Fabrício Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Cassius Byrne kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Long Gang Sen. That made the score 2-2 in the 56 minute of play. Long Gang Sen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabrício Lopes went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ludwig Kamper in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Fura Balizas made a substitution. Cândido Cabral replaced Mario Azeari. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. FC Fura Balizas's Eugeniusz Sanocki was substituted for Ludwig Kamper. When USA's Sam Campbell in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Fura Balizas's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Sam Campbell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Long Gang Sen was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After having played for 92 minutes, Marco Baker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Baker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FC Fura Balizas support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
