Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Francesco Alfonsi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cetatea Suceava's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After 2 played minutes Cetatea Suceava got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Alfonsi. After 4 played minutes, Cetatea Suceava's Francesco Alfonsi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cetatea Suceava reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aykut Bartu in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tao Xiong Xuan. Liviu Aldulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 9th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant had great luck who in the 11thth minute grab hold of the ball when Aykut Bartu from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 12th minute of the match Cetatea Suceava got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Francesco Alfonsi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Ronaldinho went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the game, Aykut Bartu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Aykut Bartu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 27th minute of play forced Cetatea Suceava's goalkeeper Liviu Aldulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cetatea Suceava's Liviu Aldulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 28th minute of play. Aykut Bartu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant had great luck who in the 40thth minute grab hold of the ball when Aykut Bartu from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Aykut Bartu had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. Aykut Bartu scored 5-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute Aykut Bartu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Cristiano Ronaldinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykut Bartu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Cristiano Ronaldinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Aykut Bartu made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 60 played minutes Cetatea Suceava got a freekick which was hit by Emil Poalelungi. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Cristiano Ronaldinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Cristiano Ronaldinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas's late challenge caught a Cetatea Suceava's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Illescas helped the player get up and apologised. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Ronaldinho in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Tao Xiong Xuan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aykut Bartu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aykut Bartu in the 82nd minute of play. Liviu Aldulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Liviu Aldulescu in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that Cetatea Suceava's Liviu Aldulescu managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 87th minute, Aykut Bartu made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Aykut Bartu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Tao Xiong Xuan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play.
