Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Vincent Tieleman made the kick off and thus started the match. Bill Visser hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After 5 played minutes, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andy Olfers came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. In the 10th minute, Joost Vorenkamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andy Olfers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Rondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben Brandsma to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Rondo defense, Felix Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andy Olfers. The Rondo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andy Olfers should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Andy Olfers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andy Olfers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 29th minute of play forced Rondo's goalkeeper Andy Olfers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Luis Andino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Andy Olfers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andy Olfers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 33rd minute of the match. Joost Vorenkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Rondo's Andy Olfers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Joost Vorenkamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Dirk-Jan Zwartkruis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rondo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After 50 played minutes Rondo got a freekick which was hit by Dirk-Jan Zwartkruis. In the 51st minute, Rondo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Andy Olfers to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 58 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Andy Olfers was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Andy Olfers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 67th minute of play forced Rondo's goalkeeper Andy Olfers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Andy Olfers in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rondo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. 84 minutes into the game, Agustín Saelices was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rondo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 84th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Sandstra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andy Olfers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Andy Olfers made a huge save. Rondo's Andy Olfers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Rondo from getting a goal against them. In the 94th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
