Aras Sophian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gofar Pohan sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gofar Pohan in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute Kranji Crunchy were awarded a corner. Filip Barbosu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Filip Barbosu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. In the 33rd minute, Gofar Pohan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Kranji Crunchy getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jojon Sopandi hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Aras Sophian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Gofar Pohan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Gofar Pohan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 44th minute. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Kranji Crunchy's Aras Sophian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 55th minute, Gofar Pohan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57thth minute of the game Gofar Pohan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 61st minute of play forced Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper Aras Sophian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper Aras Sophian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jão Cancelo during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aras Sophian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jojon Sopandi in the 84th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Filip Barbosu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kranji Crunchy's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Barbosu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aras Sophian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute Gofar Pohan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gofar Pohan in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Gofar Pohan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. When Kranji Crunchy's Gofar Pohan in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
