Edoardo Pantani showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 傅寒鹰 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 16 minutes into the game, 朱超帆 threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 17th minute, 汪天镇 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 傅寒鹰 was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Edoardo Pantani sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Honduras booed when 人至溅无敌！水至清无鱼！ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. 汪天镇 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Edoardo Pantani managed to get in a good position for a shot. 人至溅无敌！水至清无鱼！'s supporters rose to their feet, but Edoardo Pantani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edmundo Espiga scored 1-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 傅寒鹰, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 朱超帆 made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edoardo Pantani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Pantani came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A very good chance. 汪天镇's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 汪天镇 helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes 人至溅无敌！水至清无鱼！ got a freekick which was hit by 汪天镇. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 秦诚树, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edoardo Pantani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Villa might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 傅寒鹰. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Villa ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, 秦诚树 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and 秦诚树 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 朱超帆 in the 77 minute of the game. Sebastian Villa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 傅寒鹰 having to make a save. Honduras's attentive Luca Espinar managed to snatch the ball when 朱超帆 made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honduras played a much better game than 人至溅无敌！水至清无鱼！ and deserved their victory. The 人至溅无敌！水至清无鱼！ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
