Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arturo Cordaro kicked off to start the match. Hector Cambranes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Perry Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 18th minute of play forced ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's goalkeeper Hector Cambranes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's Francisco Rojelio got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Tomas Illescas's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Hector Cambranes on his right side and into the goal. 23 minutes into the game it was 0-2. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hector Cambranes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th minute Arturo Cordaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Cordaro came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Bernardinho Romeo hit a great ball. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 43 played minutes, ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's Americo Javiar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ reached it. In the 44th minute of the match ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Americo Javiar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Arturo Cordaro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Cordaro's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After 57 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. In the 59th minute Arturo Cordaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Americo Javiar who took care of the corner kick. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hector Cambranes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Americo Javiar tried in the 68th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Hector Cambranes a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-3. Ruperto Tercero got a throw-in 77 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Johan Romanius. If Perry Barrios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Cordaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaspar Ostargi hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Hector Cambranes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Tercero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perry Barrios to maneuver through the defense. Hector Cambranes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 91st minute. A collision led to ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ruperto Tercero hit a great ball. The Venezuela players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
