The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Felix Dorval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the game, Saint Jean Pierre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Haiti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MO฿฿YN RANGERS the free kick. MO฿฿YN RANGERS's Feliks Drebit got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 7 played minutes, Haiti's Felix Dorval shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leszek Wojtowicz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Haiti reached it. Raymond Louis took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leszek Wojtowicz. Leszek Wojtowicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Leszek Wojtowicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Alphonse went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Haiti's Ernso Constant got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 22nd minute of play forced MO฿฿YN RANGERS's goalkeeper Leszek Wojtowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaw Wlodyga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. Leszek Wojtowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gesner Philippe in the 27th minute of play. Ernso Constant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute, Jonathan Alphonse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leszek Wojtowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Alphonse in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leszek Wojtowicz saved MO฿฿YN RANGERS from getting behind. The throw-in from Felix Dorval in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MO฿฿YN RANGERS's Gustaw Wlodyga. 39 minutes into the match, Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leszek Wojtowicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adam Bondel hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. If Ernso Constant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MO฿฿YN RANGERS's Leszek Wojtowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 47th minute of play. The MO฿฿YN RANGERS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Haiti were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Alphonse was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in MO฿฿YN RANGERS's zone, Jonathan Alphonse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leszek Wojtowicz came out of the goal and Jonathan Alphonse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Jonathan Alphonse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Wojtowicz. MO฿฿YN RANGERS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Alphonse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernso Constant in the 63rd minute of play forced MO฿฿YN RANGERS's goalkeeper Leszek Wojtowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 66 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Felix Dorval. If Jonathan Alphonse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Alphonse succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 96th playminute. When the match was over Haiti could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MO฿฿YN RANGERS throughout the match.
