If Edward Mcdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Francesco Abbagnale was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Day in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mats Linqvist in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Felipe Olivar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Linqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 minutes SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. Edward Mcdonald was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Florencio Cutberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mats Linqvist made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, USA's Cassius Byrne made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florencio Cutberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Mats Linqvist came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mats Linqvist couldn't finish the play. 58 minutes into the game, Diego Bradley threw the ball into play from the sideline. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Froilan Donostia quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mats Linqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Linqvist in the 64th minute of play. Florencio Cutberto made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Florencio Cutberto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV from getting a goal against them. Florencio Cutberto made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. Florencio Cutberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 74th minute of the match. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's attentive Francesco Abbagnale managed to snatch the ball when Diego Bradley made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. 97 minutes into the match, SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's goalkeeper Florencio Cutberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Campbell. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though USA had controlled the match.
