Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jan de Vlieger kicked off to start the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Bergfeldt in the 3rd minute of play. In the 11th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Camilo Gaos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ralph Roeles quite easily take care of the ball. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Ralph Roeles managed to reach the ball for a save. Jan de Vlieger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 23rd minute, Karel Kimman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Emiliano Caiola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Emiliano Caiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ralph Roeles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 42 played minutes, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Karel Kimman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Julias Rascals Apeldoorn reached it. In the 46th play minute Emiliano Caiola came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute Emiliano Caiola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Patricio Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ralph Roeles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan de Vlieger, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the game, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Emiliano Caiola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 71 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ralph Roeles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt van der Laan in the 74th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Kurt van der Laan. But to his dismay, Kurt van der Laan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 81 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Julias Rascals Apeldoorn the free kick. Zebastian Bergfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Kurt van der Laan sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ralph Roeles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
