The Jonathan Ferrant was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Salvador Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 21stth minute of the game İsmail Cem Sehriyar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sefa Yahya was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Ergin Harmancı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Tomas Illescas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and HORIZZONT's Sefa Yahya didn't even have to move. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when İsmail Cem Sehriyar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as HORIZZONT's İsmail Cem Sehriyar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-1 after 34 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. İsmail Cem Sehriyar was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. HORIZZONT's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Tomas Illescas scored to the left of an out of position Sefa Yahya, making the score, 1-3. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necdet Oğuzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, HORIZZONT's goalkeeper Sefa Yahya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patricio Costa. With a little luck, HORIZZONT's Sefa Yahya got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sefa Yahya having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Necdet Oğuzer managed to get in a good position for a shot. HORIZZONT's supporters rose to their feet, but Necdet Oğuzer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Sefa Yahya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Joshua Secada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sefa Yahya having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when İsmail Cem Sehriyar came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
