Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Costa Rica:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Galaxy Team U18:s goal. After a rather tough play, Galaxy Team U18's Fryderyk Wolicki got a free kick in the 6th minute. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, one of Costa Rica:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Costa Rica. When the match had been going on for 11 minutes, Galaxy Team U18's Przemyslaw Zahemski got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Benito Sanz. In the 14th minute, Axel Tasis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucjan Gierlach was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 19th minute, Leonard Furgat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Furgat in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alan Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Galaxy Team U18's Fryderyk Wolicki. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Mietus in the 30th minute of play. Aureliusz Mietuss short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Galaxy Team U18's Lucjan Gierlach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Alcocer in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute of the match Lautaro Puig sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucjan Gierlach skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Furgat in the 47th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonard Furgat was the one to do the kick off. Hugo Ferrant made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Galaxy Team U18's Fryderyk Wolicki. In the 56th minute, Aureliusz Mietus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Aureliusz Mietus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aureliusz Mietus struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galaxy Team U18. After 70 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Galaxy Team U18 made a substitution. Damian Malewicki replaced Leonard Furgat. After 72 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. 74 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Lichucki came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Galaxy Team U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Malewicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Galaxy Team U18's Fryderyk Wolicki. Kazimierz Lichucki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Kazimierz Lichucki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. In the 87th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Malewicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Galaxy Team U18's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
