Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Felix Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Farafulla FC's Angelo Boni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruce Campbell charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruce Campbell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Angelo Boni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Boni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Behçet Alp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Farafulla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Angelo Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Boni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute of the match. After 36 minutes Farafulla FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Felix Montenegro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, Farafulla FC's Angelo Ceci got a free kick in the 44th minute. Bruce Campbell got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Farafulla FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Bruce Campbell hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryan Portanares to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 63rd minute of play forced Farafulla FC's goalkeeper Angelo Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Farafulla FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner ended in Luis Andino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Farafulla FC's Angelo Boni did a great save. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryan Portanares, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Farafulla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behçet Alp to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Andino got free with Angelo Boni in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The goalkeeper, Angelo Boni, was totally fooled by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita, who 86 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 88 played minutes Farafulla FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Ceci. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Farafulla FC's Ryan Portanares. But to his dismay, Ryan Portanares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 96th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
