But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dráuzio Pontes couldn't finish the play. Sabin Pânzaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dráuzio Pontes's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dráuzio Pontes in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sabin Pânzaru saved FC Aquile Azzurre from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goal looked a bit too open when Äliqulu Vermäliyev came free, but Arne Grabner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute FC Aquile Azzurre were awarded a corner. Alfons Bagge went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Alfons Bagge almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner did a great save. A collision led to FC Aquile Azzurre getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Bel Cross hit a great ball. FC Aquile Azzurre's Sabin Pânzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Pontes in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Aquile Azzurre's goalkeeper Sabin Pânzaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, FC Aquile Azzurre's goal looked a bit too open when Wawrzyniec Knopek came free, but Sabin Pânzaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falconara Albanese's Esteve Garin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sabin Pânzaru in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
