Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Davi Nunes made the kick off and thus started the match. After having played for 6 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Carlos Mendonça. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Sebastián Puig in the 9th minute of play forced TaTeRo Boys's goalkeeper Zé Carlos Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, TaTeRo Boys's Acácio de Queirós got a free kick in the 10th minute. After some careless play in the TaTeRo Boys defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Carlos Mendonça. The TaTeRo Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Carlos Mendonça should have stopped the shot. Zé Carlos Mendonça didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the TaTeRo Boys defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Carlos Mendonça. The TaTeRo Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Carlos Mendonça should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Carlos Mendonça was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Mendonça having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, TaTeRo Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Zé Carlos Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of TaTeRo Boys's Zé Carlos Mendonça. Zé Carlos Mendonça was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 33rd minute of play forced TaTeRo Boys's goalkeeper Zé Carlos Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes, Felix Montenegro made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. TaTeRo Boys's Zé Carlos Mendonça tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Carlos Mendonça made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Daniel Zorita scored 0-8 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Carlos Mendonça, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Zé Carlos Mendonça was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Zé Carlos Mendonça made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 58th minute. TaTeRo Boys's Zé Carlos Mendonça proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save TaTeRo Boys from getting a goal against them. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With his leg Zé Carlos Mendonça managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Carlos Mendonça came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 65th minute. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Carlos Mendonça. Zé Carlos Mendonça yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the TaTeRo Boys defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Carlos Mendonça. The TaTeRo Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Carlos Mendonça should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. Davi Nunes hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Carlos Mendonça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Zé Carlos Mendonça was a little too slow when Agustín Saelices got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-14. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
