Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Géza Kodály got the match started through his kick off. Damiano Antonangeli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Julian Dembowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fryderyk Golembiewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 19th minute of the match. Julian Dembowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Kosakowski came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Bogdan Kosakowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro did a great save. In the 27th minute, Karol Tyski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as CF Apaches's Julian Dembowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-0 after 36 minutes of play. In the 40th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fryderyk Golembiewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Ivan Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CF Apaches the free kick. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the game, CF Apaches's Julian Dembowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0.
The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Honduras booed when CF Apaches was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boleslaw Kornaszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 52 minutes, Géza Kodály mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CF Apaches and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. CF Apaches's supporters crossed their fingers, but Géza Kodály was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Géza Kodály recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Géza Kodály fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Antonangeli in the 75th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Bogdan Kosakowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogdan Kosakowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. CF Apaches's Géza Kodály got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Géza Kodály, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 minutes of play, CF Apaches's Zygmunt Dudzik made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute, Géza Kodály made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. CF Apaches's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
