Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Berganza took the kick off in the first half of the match. Miguel Miralles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislav Dvorskiy having to interfere. Panama's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Leonides Rioja scored to the left of an out of position Marcos Cotilla, making the score, 1-0. Benedict Baird who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Marcos Cotilla when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Benedict Baird did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Marcos Cotilla 15 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes Resistencia Tayrona FC got a freekick which was hit by Mihnea Vasilian. Stanislav Dvorskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Benedict Baird fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stanislav Dvorskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 35th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Panama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Resistencia Tayrona FC:s goal. Matthew Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Matthew Garrido hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, Benedict Baird notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 46 minutes, Benedict Baird mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Resistencia Tayrona FC and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benedict Baird hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislav Dvorskiy having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Berganza got free with Stanislav Dvorskiy in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stanislav Dvorskiy. Resistencia Tayrona FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Berganza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The supporters of Resistencia Tayrona FC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthew Garrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Resistencia Tayrona FC made a substitution. Taurino Hernaiz replaced Benedict Baird. Matthew Garrido hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes Resistencia Tayrona FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Rioja. Stanislav Dvorskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Xusto Lasquibar was substituted for Mihnea Vasilian. After a rather tough play, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Taurino Hernaiz got a free kick in the 88th minute. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 89th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Resistencia Tayrona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Stanislav Dvorskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taurino Hernaiz in the 94th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
