With a couple of smart ball manuevers Janusz Pusiak in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. 15 minutes in the game Orlando Tafalla did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janusz Pusiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Tadeusz Rutkowski made a huge save. Axel Montenegro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tadeusz Rutkowski firmly grabbed it by the left post. Edgar Turak kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, 2kC Poznań's Ulryk Merski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marek Buczko spun around in front of the goal 25 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Colombia's goal. Tadeusz Rutkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abram Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, 2kC Poznań's Veijo Väätäinen got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, 2kC Poznań's goalkeeper Tadeusz Rutkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. Veijo Väätäinen hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tadeusz Rutkowski. Tadeusz Rutkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Tadeusz Rutkowski threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santino Seco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Tadeusz Rutkowski made a huge save. 2kC Poznań's Tadeusz Rutkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 43rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Abram Sarmiento took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Tadeusz Rutkowski to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The wind increased when Janusz Pusiak made the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in 2kC Poznań fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! Tadeusz Rutkowski had in the 52ndth minute some difficulties stopping Axel Montenegro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Joshua Garrido made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by 2kC Poznań's Czeslaw Dembowski. 66 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucjan Sokol. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucjan Sokol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 66 minute of play. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janusz Pusiak in the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Janusz Pusiak went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Lucjan Sokol got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 2-6.
