With a little luck, 2kC Poznań's Tadeusz Rutkowski got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abram Sarmiento might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadeusz Rutkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abram Sarmiento ran back to his position shaking his head. Tadeusz Rutkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Janusz Pusiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Pusiak in the 51st minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ulryk Merski was slow to take the kick. During this time 2kC Poznań's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on 2kC Poznań's corner Tytus Dylla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. The corner ended in Joshua Garrido almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 2kC Poznań's Tadeusz Rutkowski did a great save. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Joshua Garrido sped through 2kC Poznań's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tadeusz Rutkowski. After 80 minutes, Pascual Carballar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colombia and the 2kC Poznań players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucjan Sokol in the 82nd minute. Janusz Pusiak scored 2-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucjan Sokol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The 2kC Poznań players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Colombia from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
