Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sándor Kocsis in the 11th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sándor Kocsis in the 17th minute. After 19 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Luis Cazalla. Binjamin Specht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. The supporters of Colombia booed when Canteranos Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvito Cabanela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Cambranes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Orlando Tafalla hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Binjamin Specht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Canteranos Fc's corner Cordarius Hornilla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. Binjamin Specht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvito Cabanela hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Erubiel Cambranes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Canteranos Fc booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Sándor Kocsis came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Sándor Kocsis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sándor Kocsis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0.

The wind increased when Sándor Kocsis made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Colombia's Santino Seco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erubiel Cambranes. Erubiel Cambranes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. The audience was convinced that Axel Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erubiel Cambranes was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lartaun Carrera, made in the 62nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Sándor Kocsis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. When Canteranos Fc's Sándor Kocsis in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colombia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 74th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Cambranes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Binjamin Specht in the 78th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Sándor Kocsis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Canteranos Fc's Johans Raigada was substituted for Alfredinho Rossi. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Wanderson Pombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canteranos Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Wanderson Pombal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Orlando Tafalla got a free kick in the 87th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson Pombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 88th minute, Wanderson Pombal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Canteranos Fc's Erubiel Cambranes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 91st minute of play. Abram Secada in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erubiel Cambranes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Canteranos Fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
