But to his dismay, Teofilo Unai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Vyacheslav Veniaminov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ron Tomkin. Baby Snakes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vyacheslav Veniaminov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Курск ФК's Vyacheslav Veniaminov got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nils Bohr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Aleksey Silkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Курск ФК getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Dmitriy Donaurov hit a great ball. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Курск ФК's goalkeeper Aleksey Silkin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th match minute, Baby Snakes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bhagavan Gitas to maneuver through the defense. Aleksey Silkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Unai in the 43rd minute of play. Zane Platt hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Baby Snakes's Ron Tomkin got control of the ball when Timofey Karaulov tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vyacheslav Veniaminov was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teofilo Unai got free with Aleksey Silkin in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zackary Hunter made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Курск ФК's Rasul Sysoev. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Vyacheslav Veniaminov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Курск ФК's supporters rose to their feet, but Vyacheslav Veniaminov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ron Tomkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Курск ФК's Vyacheslav Veniaminov in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Baby Snakes's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vyacheslav Veniaminov in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 75th match minute, Курск ФК was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosif Kalashnikov to maneuver through the defense. A throw-in in the 77th minute of the game was made by Zackary Hunter with Bhagavan Gitas as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ron Tomkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vyacheslav Veniaminov in the 80th minute of play. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Vyacheslav Veniaminov sped through Baby Snakes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ron Tomkin. 90 minutes into the game, Zackary Hunter threw the ball into play from the sideline. Курск ФК's Rasul Sysoev quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 93rd minute of the match, Teofilo Unai got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aleksey Silkin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nils Bohr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aleksey Silkin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.

The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Курск ФК were victorious despite being under pressure from Baby Snakes for much of the match.
