Spectators: 475 (Terracing: 357, Seating: 109, VIP seats: 9) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sjaak Degens started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wanderson Valencia in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Cristofanini saved Buitenhout FC from getting behind. In the 5th minute, Orlondo Marin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute of the match, Ruud Reinders tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gerd Pollmann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Maximino Cristofanini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson Valencia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerd Pollmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruud Reinders, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Maximino Cristofanini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wanderson Valencia's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The supporters of Buitenhout FC booed when Militros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wanderson Valencia didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson Valencia in the 18th minute of play forced Buitenhout FC's goalkeeper Maximino Cristofanini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Buitenhout FC's Hannibal Lecter got a free kick in the 20th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Ted Fokkelman in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Militros F.C.'s Evert Skräddare. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evert Skräddare in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Cristofanini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Militros F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sandrinho Cunha in the 40th minute. The corner led Militros F.C.'s Orlondo Marin to fire away a dangerous shot which Maximino Cristofanini despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Militros F.C.'s Gerd Pollmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Militros F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Jacobus Spoel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Buitenhout FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Militros F.C. were winning 0-1.

51 minutes into the match, Wanderson Valencia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maximino Cristofanini, 0-2. Gerd Pollmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Maximino Cristofanini made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Sandrinho Cunha sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th match minute, Militros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlondo Marin to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Sjaak Degens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerd Pollmann was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Sandrinho Cunha sped through Buitenhout FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximino Cristofanini. When Buitenhout FC's Ruud Reinders in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Wanderson Valencia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerd Pollmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ramzinski in the 79th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Buitenhout FC's zone, Wanderson Valencia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Cristofanini came out of the goal and Wanderson Valencia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Buitenhout FC's Vitinho Favoretto was substituted for Ruud Reinders. Vitinho Favoretto's late challenge caught a Militros F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vitinho Favoretto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Vitinho Favoretto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 minutes, Wanderson Valencia made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Buitenhout FC's Maximino Cristofanini tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Howard Layfield fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Militros F.C.'s protests and gave Howard Layfield a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Buitenhout FC booed when Militros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Howard Layfield didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The Militros F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
