Carsten Sloothaak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Barnaba Wachna made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Yuri Paauwe sent off a good shot on target. Feyzullay Taşkıner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Barnaba Wachna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Feyzullay Taşkıner made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zbigniew Piglowski got free with Carsten Sloothaak in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Fc Benefica's Carsten Sloothaak got control of the ball when Ignacy Karbowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Barnaba Wachna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuri Paauwe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fc Benefica's Yuri Paauwe got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barnaba Wachna didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Fc Benefica's Feyzullay Taşkıner shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute.

The Brzeźnica Lynx supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Brzeźnica Lynx would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
