Grzegorz Siekierski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Dorado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edin Džeko in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charles Müller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edin Džeko took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charles Müller. Charles Müller dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the game, Edin Džeko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Charles Müller was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Warriors of Gora™'s goalkeeper Charles Müller, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Charles Müller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edin Džeko in the 20th minute of the match. Edin Džeko might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles Müller. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edin Džeko ran back to his position shaking his head. Warriors of Gora™'s Charles Müller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edin Džeko in the 22nd minute of play. Edin Džeko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charles Müller read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Warriors of Gora™'s goal looked a bit too open when Edin Džeko came free, but Charles Müller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Edin Džeko made a precise shot to the right of Charles Müller. Warriors of Gora™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Edin Džeko might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles Müller. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Medero Gadea to strike the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basilio Dorado couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute, Momčilo Zafirović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edin Džeko succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 61st playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Dorado in the 67th minute of play forced GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Grzegorz Siekierski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Momčilo Zafirović in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grzegorz Siekierski saved GeRaÇãO-83 from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Edin Džeko made a precise shot to the right of Charles Müller. Warriors of Gora™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Grzegorz Siekierski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baba Baadgaards, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When Billy Backman fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GeRaÇãO-83's protests and gave Billy Backman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, GeRaÇãO-83's Billy Backman got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched GeRaÇãO-83 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
