In the 10th minute Romeo Rienda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tello Calvo hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Mónico Geller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvis Ribeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 29 minutes into the game, Mónico Geller lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Elvis Ribeiro. In the 32nd minute Romeo Rienda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo de Sarandi defense, Romeo Rienda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eusebio Fe. The San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eusebio Fe should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Romeo Rienda managed to get in a good position for a shot. U.D. Mancini's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Rienda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebio Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the match, Romeo Rienda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eusebio Fe. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Rienda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mónico Geller to make the kick off. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Eusebio Fe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save San Lorenzo de Sarandi from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Eusebio Fe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Rienda. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Uriel Cuervo got a free kick in the 64th minute. Eusebio Fe was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Romeo Rienda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Romeo Rienda really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. U.D. Mancini's Falo Saboya was substituted for Neto Diaz. In the 71st match minute, U.D. Mancini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ebardo Acha to maneuver through the defense. When Dagoberto Escobar fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U.D. Mancini's protests and gave Dagoberto Escobar a yellow card for diving instead. Mancini's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Rosario came free, but Elvis Ribeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Leo Acuña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvis Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ceferino Cuervo in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elvis Ribeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elvis Ribeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ceferino Cuervo's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Tello Calvo struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Eusebio Fe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.D. Mancini. With a little luck, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Eusebio Fe got control of the ball when Romeo Rienda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eusebio Fe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeo Rienda's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. When Dagoberto Escobar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. Dagoberto Escobar hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Romeo Rienda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eusebio Fe having to make a save.

The San Lorenzo de Sarandi supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching U.D. Mancini's performance. The match ended with a win for U.D. Mancini.
