Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thomas Sundberg got the match started through his kick off. BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the BK Ugglan defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrik Fagrell. The BK Ugglan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrik Fagrell should have stopped the shot. Jim Kråk kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Patrik Fagrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, BK Ugglan's Henk Van Linthout ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrik Fagrell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Patrik Fagrell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Kråk came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Jim Kråk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jim Kråk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The nice shot from Jim Kråk in the 38thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Julio Vera had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute of play forced BK Ugglan's goalkeeper Patrik Fagrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Ugglan's Thomas Sundberg. But to his dismay, Thomas Sundberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Patrik Fagrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Kråk, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Fagrell having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Sundberg in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of BK Ugglan booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. BK Ugglan made a substitution. Wiktor Anselius replaced Henk Van Linthout. After 76 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save BK Ugglan from getting a goal against them. BK Ugglan's Olov Skoglund was substituted for Emil Nordlander. BK Ugglan's Bror Bruhn was substituted for Dong Ting Fan. In the 94th minute, Luis Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Wiktor Anselius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wiktor Anselius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. The BK Ugglan support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
