But to his dismay, Miguel Miralles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 莫升默 charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 莫升默 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, 莫升默 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when 何辉超 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Panama's Tomas Berganza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 庄然海 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Isidoro Sarmiento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Berganza was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The 『盛世メ名門』马克思主义 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
