The supporters of Peru booed when Brasiliense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lionel 柯景义 saved Brasiliense FC from getting behind. In the 43rd minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel 柯景义 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Brasiliense FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
