Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 13 played minutes Żubry got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Klawke. 16 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Patricio Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raimond Taigur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimond Taigur having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 21st minute of play forced Żubry's goalkeeper Raimond Taigur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Jaroslaw Rybak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Żubry fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jaroslaw Rybak struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Żubry. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Rybak, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Patricio Costa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raimond Taigur came out and tried to block the shot, but Patricio Costa slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 68th minute. Żubry's Lucjan Czaplicki managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tomas Illescas in the 71 minute of the game. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 95th minute of the game, when Tomas Illescas after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Żubry's goal. Tomas Illescas was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
