Pniówek P-ce's Conny Widberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Pniówek P-ce's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pniówek P-ce's Conny Widberg did a great save. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Leander Hodel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pniówek P-ce the free kick. The supporters of Pniówek P-ce booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Leander Hodel came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leander Hodel in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute Wladyslaw Latocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Conny Widberg made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Pniówek P-ce's Leander Hodel got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Pniówek P-ce's Daniel Glembin got a free kick in the 55th minute. Leonardo Leoz hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Hugon Zahemski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Pniówek P-ce's Conny Widberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugon Zahemski. Conny Widberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Luque to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conny Widberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Conny Widberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Hugon Zahemski sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Pniówek P-ce booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Conny Widberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. When Felix Luque fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mexico's protests and gave Felix Luque a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
