Octavian Jähnigen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 8th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Octavian Jähnigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavian Jähnigen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 18th minute of play. If Koby Wright had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jax Williamson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jax Williamson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cris Gol's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute of the match Predador Brasiliense MZBR got a corner. Canada's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lam Baril ran over to the corner to take the kick. Octavian Jähnigen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rohan Watson in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Koby Wright ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavian Jähnigen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 47 minutes into the match, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Cris Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jax Williamson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cris Gol was the one to do the kick off. Octavian Jähnigen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 51st minute of play. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cris Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 60 minutes into the game, Canada's Carter George nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavian Jähnigen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Predador Brasiliense MZBR made a substitution. Camerino Lavalle replaced Cris Gol. Canada's Theo Burton was substituted for Rohan Watson. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. In the 64th minute Filip Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Jähnigen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute Canada were awarded a corner. Jan Dixon went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Richard Mccarthy advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-1 in the 67th minute. Theo Burton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Octavian Jähnigen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 88th minute Theo Burton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Jähnigen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jânio Donatello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jax Williamson was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 90thth minute of the game Jânio Donatello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canada's Jax Williamson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Octavian Jähnigen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theo Burton in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute Theo Burton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Jähnigen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
