In the 13th minute of the match, Luca Zorita tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baldomero Tulio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baldomero Tulio. Baldomero Tulio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Luisito Lico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Lico in the 33rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Churriaca's Baldomero Tulio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 35th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomero Tulio was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Grzegorz Ostrowski hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Lico in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 51st minute of play forced Churriaca's goalkeeper Baldomero Tulio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomero Tulio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Baldomero Tulio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Baldomero Tulio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 61st minute of the match. Baldomero Tulio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 62nd minute of play. Churriaca's Baldomero Tulio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 63rd minute of play. When Peng Sang Yuan fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Churriaca's protests and gave Peng Sang Yuan a yellow card for diving instead. Peng Sang Yuan kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Churriaca were awarded a corner. Edelmiro Mikeldi went to the cornerflag to take it. Baldomero Tulio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 75 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomero Tulio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Baldomero Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Churriaca's Baldomero Tulio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 87th minute. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Churriaca's Baldomero Tulio managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Churriaca's Luisito Lico got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Lorenzo Cazalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
