Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Medero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Faustino Gilesindo during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Panama booed when HACHITAS WC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Gilesindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. HACHITAS WC's Ismael Medero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, HACHITAS WC's Filiberto Tohias got a free kick in the 21st minute. Baltasar Veremundo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HACHITAS WC. Baltasar Veremundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. 29 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of HACHITAS WC's Ismael Medero. Ismael Medero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Celedonio Jokin sent off a good shot on target. Adolfo Barea was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 37 minutes, Fidel Telo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HACHITAS WC and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in HACHITAS WC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Panama a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Abraham Alguacil, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of HACHITAS WC's Ismael Medero. 0-2. After 42 played minutes HACHITAS WC got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Tohias. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 59th minute of play forced HACHITAS WC's goalkeeper Ismael Medero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Marino came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celedonio Jokin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. A collision led to HACHITAS WC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Fidel Telo hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, HACHITAS WC's goalkeeper Ismael Medero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. 72 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Jokin came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, HACHITAS WC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Ismael Medero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Panama had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
