Recep Čalić succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Ali Faruk Akbora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ali Faruk Akbora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Recep Čalić's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Can Baybars helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in CeNDeRe T.K. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! CeNDeRe T.K.:s Ali Faruk Akbora showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Zorita:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in CeNDeRe T.K.'s zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Faruk Akbora came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Faruk Akbora having to interfere. In the 47thth minute of the game Recep Čalić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Recep Čalić to make the kick off. CeNDeRe T.K.'s Ali Faruk Akbora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save CeNDeRe T.K. from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çeliker Tanak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute CeNDeRe T.K. were awarded a corner. Çeliker Tanak went to the cornerflag to take it. CeNDeRe T.K.'s Recep Čalić was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Can Baybars hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Ali Faruk Akbora threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauder Fulton in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind CeNDeRe T.K.'s goalkeeper Ali Faruk Akbora, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ali Faruk Akbora in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, CeNDeRe T.K.'s Çeliker Tanak got a free kick in the 67th minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ali Faruk Akbora having to make a save. Ali Faruk Akbora made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ali Faruk Akbora. That made the score 1-3 after 76 minutes of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Čalić in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Faruk Akbora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the game, CeNDeRe T.K.'s Recep Čalić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 92nd minute Lauder Fulton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 92nd minute. CeNDeRe T.K. were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Çeliker Tanak took the corner.
