When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Borys Biegun put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Biegun in the 13th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Xavier Figueroa in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nadodrze Wrocław's Stevan Rajkovski. Wladyslaw Maciejewski was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Nadodrze Wrocław's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Nadodrze Wrocław's Lucjan Zbytniewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 22nd minute of play. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Biegun in the 23rd minute of play. Nadodrze Wrocław's attentive Stevan Rajkovski managed to snatch the ball when Jose Manzanedo made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Nadodrze Wrocław's Hadji Diouf got a free kick in the 29th minute. Borys Biegun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Borys Biegun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. Lucjan Zbytniewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 51st minute of play. Lucjan Zbytniewski was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Mariano Lacasa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mariano Lacasa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Nadodrze Wrocław's Lucjan Zbytniewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Nadodrze Wrocław from getting a goal against them. Borys Biegun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Lucjan Zbytniewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Nadodrze Wrocław's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wladyslaw Maciejewski in the 66th minute. A nice corner shot did that Wladyslaw Maciejewski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Borys Biegun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nadodrze Wrocław's Lucjan Zbytniewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Nadodrze Wrocław from getting a goal against them. After 74 minutes of play, Nadodrze Wrocław's Hugon Podowski made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nadodrze Wrocław's Lucjan Zbytniewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 81st minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Nadodrze Wrocław's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Lucjan Zbytniewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugon Podowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugon Podowski's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. If Hugon Podowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd play minute Mariano Lacasa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lucjan Zbytniewski. 2-2. 96 minutes into the game, Nadodrze Wrocław's Hugon Podowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nadodrze Wrocław had won after a very even match.
