Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Aengus Duggan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Aengus Duggan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coileán McAlphie in the 10th minute of play. Aengus Duggan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Juan Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aengus Duggan got free with Benito Sanz in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 15 minutes, Axel Tasis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Zawisza Bydgoszcz players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Fryderyk Lepper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Aengus Duggan put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. Coileán McAlphie took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A hard shot 31 in the game by Aengus Duggan from a close distance when the talented Benito Sanz managed to make a qualified save. Costa Rica's players were relieved. Aengus Duggan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Benito Sanz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Bivitas Duggan got a free kick in the 34th minute. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Fryderyk Lepper didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Coileán McAlphie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Coileán McAlphie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aengus Duggan in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aengus Duggan to make the kick off. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aengus Duggan's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Aengus Duggan came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Kevinn Mulvihill made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kevinn Mulvihill kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Fryderyk Lepper, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rian Dalton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lautaro Puig during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the game, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Aengus Duggan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 81st minute, Aengus Duggan made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. 85 minutes into the game, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Aengus Duggan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When Bivitas Duggan fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zawisza Bydgoszcz's protests and gave Bivitas Duggan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Bivitas Duggan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Rian Dalton made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. When the referee ended the match the Zawisza Bydgoszcz players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
