In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goalkeeper Jan Turek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Krzysztof Prus tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Wincent Wierzcholek got a free kick in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Jan Turek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Turek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jan Turek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 42nd minute of the match. Jan Turek came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastian Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 1-2.

In the 52nd minute, Stefan Pryputnicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Jan Turek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Edmundo Espiga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Jan Turek when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jan Turek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Turek. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 78th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. Jan Turek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Edmundo Espigas short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Jan Turek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Miroslaw Labus got a throw-in 97 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Stefan Pryputnicki. Honduras played a much better game than GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ and deserved their victory. The GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
