In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s goalkeeper Hamílton Loyola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Harald Teissen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Harald Teissen really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harald Teissen got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Guter Czogalla hit a great ball. 49 minutes into the match, ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Hamílton Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. The ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s Falk Scheufens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
