Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roneixon Siqueira started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Luka Harris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo de Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koby Wright in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gonçalo de Medeiros saved Espigão Steamrollers from getting behind. In the 11th minute Carter George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo de Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koby Wright received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Gonçalo de Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Koby Wright left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Canada booed when Espigão Steamrollers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thorstein Heinsmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo de Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulisses Carioca replaced Walmyr Meira. The Espigão Steamrollers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Canada were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koby Wright was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Gonçalo de Medeiros successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 56th minute of the match Canada got a corner. Espigão Steamrollers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Koby Wright ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Richard Mccarthy almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Espigão Steamrollers's Gonçalo de Medeiros did a great save. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. 63 minutes into the game, Rohan Watson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gonçalo de Medeiros. Rohan Watson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Canada made a substitution. Theo Burton replaced Rohan Watson. Espigão Steamrollers's Naldo Peres was substituted for 柳远桑. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo Burton, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The throw-in from Alfred John in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Espigão Steamrollers's Kara Bhattacharya. Espigão Steamrollers's Yuri Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Jan Dixon came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Canada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Dixon couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Edwards in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonçalo de Medeiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Theo Burton received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gonçalo de Medeiros came out and tried to block the shot, but Theo Burton slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Edwards in the 89th minute of play forced Espigão Steamrollers's goalkeeper Gonçalo de Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Gonçalo de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Burton in the 92nd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goal looked a bit too open when Luka Harris came free, but Gonçalo de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Canada's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
