Yane Topuzakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Orsi in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Orsi in the 21st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Yane Topuzakov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Harvey The Hedgehog's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. A collision led to Harvey The Hedgehog getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Yane Topuzakov hit a great ball. Alex Orsis short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 30th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Guipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the game, Harvey The Hedgehog's Alex Orsi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Guipuzkoa. Sebastian Guipuzkoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Orsi made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Orsi in the 51st minute of play. Alex Chicote made in the 52nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Patricio Costa. A throw-in in the 54th minute of the game was made by Alex Chicote with Patricio Costa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 58th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Alex Orsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Orsi in the 74th minute of play. Sebastian Guipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Salvador Gisbert in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Harvey The Hedgehog's 温钢军. After having played for 83 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yane Topuzakov struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harvey The Hedgehog. Harvey The Hedgehog's 温钢军 quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alex Chicote, made in the 87th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by 温钢军 in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Kajetan Wyrzykowski hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Harvey The Hedgehog's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
