Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miguel Almiron got the match started through his kick off. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute, Victorio Jax reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dante Lacasa. The goal made the score 1-0. Dante Lacasa had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Miguel Almiron's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Miguel Almiron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Baltasar Sancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Almiron in the 11th minute of play. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Miguel Almiron sped through Mexico's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. 14 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Sacro Balompié's Baltasar Sancho. Baltasar Sancho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sacro Balompié's Baltasar Sancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 23rd minute of play. Baltasar Sancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baltasar Sancho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baltasar Sancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Sacro Balompié's Baltasar Sancho. Baltasar Sancho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Peto in the 53rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Americo Florinio hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Baltasar Sancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 57 minutes on the clock, Israel Berenguer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sacro Balompié fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! After 61 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Tafalla. Sacro Balompié's Hermengildo Mazuste was substituted for Americo Florinio. Alberto Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Sacro Balompié's Baltasar Sancho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Sacro Balompié from getting a goal against them. Baltasar Sancho was a little too slow when Luca Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 3-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Baltasar Sancho in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baltasar Sancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Baltasar Sancho made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Baltasar Sancho in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 83 minutes Sacro Balompié's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Baltasar Sancho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Mexico:s Dante Lacasa showed great skill when he stopped Miguel Almiron:s penalty. The supporters of Sacro Balompié booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Maties's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite being the better team, Mexico failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
