Chile's Alan Tamayo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Federico Fe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Trapiche's Federico Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 29th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Fe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Fe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Trapiche's Federico Fe. Federico Fe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliciano Porfiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Trapiche's goalkeeper Federico Fe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Federico Fe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rupert Longden in the 68th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Trapiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Radziszewski to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Lacasa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 72nd playminute. With a little luck, Trapiche's Federico Fe got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Indiano hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
