Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) ZORZAL01's Qin Fan Sheng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save ZORZAL01 from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Edward Mcdonald kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Qin Fan Sheng. That made the score 1-1 in the 10 minute of play. Qin Fan Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 14th minute of play. Qin Fan Sheng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 15th minute. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Crouch in the 16th minute of play. Monty Rogers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qin Fan Sheng having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ZORZAL01's Millrick Moya got a free kick in the 31st minute. Horacio Librado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute Horacio Librado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pavel Nedvěd who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Pavel Nedvěd almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Qin Fan Sheng saved ZORZAL01 from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natan Vercalsteren in the 45th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute of the match ZORZAL01 got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pavel Nedvěd ran over to the corner to take the kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Crouch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Crouch in the 51st minute. 56 minutes into the game, Peter Crouch recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marco Day. Peter Crouch showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the match, ZORZAL01's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Qin Fan Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ZORZAL01 booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Moore didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the game, USA's Sam Campbell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Qin Fan Sheng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in ZORZAL01's zone, Khalid Parry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Qin Fan Sheng came out of the goal and Khalid Parry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Peter Crouch sent off a good shot on target. ZORZAL01 succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though USA had controlled the match.
