The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dawid Bulkiewicz. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Olivér Marty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivér Marty in the 23rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olivér Marty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Michal Felenak almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. After a rather tough play, Orzeł Tychy's Bartlomiej Orling got a free kick in the 29th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustín Saelices got free with Dawid Bulkiewicz in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orzeł Tychy's Dawid Bulkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. Olivér Marty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olivér Marty to make the kick off. Dawid Bulkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dawid Bulkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 53rd minute of the match. Dawid Bulkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 68th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olivér Marty, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 74 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michal Felenak who took care of the corner kick. Primitivo Andino tried in the 74th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Julio Vera a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. 79 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Olivér Marty came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Olivér Marty notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dawid Bulkiewicz saved Orzeł Tychy from getting behind. Dawid Bulkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 85th minute of play. Julian Swoboda scored 1-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olivér Marty in the 92nd minute of the match. Chants of Orzeł Tychy echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Ecuador had held the ball for most of the match.
