A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, FERRARI's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Luca Iosif reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca Iosif showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Puig in the 10th minute of play forced FERRARI's goalkeeper Luca Iosif to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Iosif showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Rubio in the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Gigel Oros managed to get in a good position for a shot. FERRARI's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigel Oros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luca Iosif showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Horea Malcocea managed to get in a good position for a shot. FERRARI's supporters rose to their feet, but Horea Malcocea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when FERRARI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Geambașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Axel Tasis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luca Iosif skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of FERRARI booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Horea Malcocea tried to sneak it across the goal line. FERRARI's Stasio Makomaski got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vlad Mârza was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. When Octav Zglimbea came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the FERRARI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octav Zglimbea couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the FERRARI defense, Axel Tasis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luca Iosif. The FERRARI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luca Iosif should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute Horea Malcocea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Stasio Makomaski came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FERRARI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vlad Mârza in the 70th minute. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Zglimbea in the 72nd minute of play. Horea Malcocea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Axel Tasis fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Axel Tasis a yellow card for diving instead. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by FERRARI's Stasio Makomaski. But to his dismay, Stasio Makomaski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Malcocea in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Makomaski in the 86th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes of play, FERRARI's Horea Malcocea made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasio Makomaski in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Horea Malcocea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Malcocea came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the FERRARI players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
