Laboon SK's Yan Sha Yin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 8th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience was convinced that Yan Sha Yin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Cüneyd Kutkan took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 94 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Yan Sha Yin came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
