Jamaall Padmore kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Domingo Costante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jonathon Meza got free in front of the goal in the 19th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Demonde Jacobson was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 25 minutes into the game, Club Leones's Rolando Adrio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demonde Jacobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 28 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Kordal Duff. Rolando Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Club Leones's goal looked a bit too open when Finlay Stair came free, but Prospero Palben reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Jamaica from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute, Domingo Costante left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Leones fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathon Meza in the 42nd minute. Rolando Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathon Meza got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Finlay Stair to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Godfredo Gregory hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jonathon Meza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathon Meza struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Demonde Jacobson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Leones. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Gregory in the 60th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Club Leones's Rolando Adrio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demonde Jacobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathon Meza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Club Leones getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Severo Hermelando hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Jonathon Meza notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathon Meza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Romon Oliver got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the game, Jonathon Meza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Demonde Jacobson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Club Leones. Domingo Costante stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Demonde Jacobson. 7-0. 92 minutes into the match, Domingo Costante notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Leones walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
