Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Felix Luque got a free kick in the 13th minute. Vitko Hadzhiiliev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 19th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Haaland in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Lionel Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aan 周瑜 got free with Dante Lacasa in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Haaland in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rayko Tzolovski in the 30th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 33 played minutes SPARROWS got a freekick which was hit by Rayko Tzolovski. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after SPARROWS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Mexico's Joel Gaona was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vitko Hadzhiiliev in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hakan Emektar's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakan Emektar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, one of SPARROWS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SPARROWS. Vitko Hadzhiiliev had in the 81stth minute some difficulties stopping Joel Gaona's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 81st match minute, SPARROWS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rayko Tzolovski to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel Haaland came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chen Yi Ran in the 86th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
