Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Woody Vaquero in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Hudson in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Thiago Hudson scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute Mukifus FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Gösta Lindell went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Mukifus FSCMZ getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Woody Vaquero hit a great ball. Luz Tejedor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rômulo Neiva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Herensuge Colomes in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thiago Hudson's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Rômulo Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Rolando Noboa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 54th minute of play forced Mukifus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Rômulo Neiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Thiago Hudson scored to the left of an out of position Rolando Noboa, making the score, 0-3. 61 minutes into the match, Mukifus FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Rômulo Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
